3.Services
The Academy provides educational coaching and guidance including IELTS, OET, PTE, NCLEX-RN, IQN, OSCE, DHA, HAAD, MOH, Prometric, CV guidance, visa documentation guidance, recruitment guidance and related educational services.
4. Eligibility
Students must provide accurate information and ensure they meet the eligibility requirements of relevant authorities. The Academy does not determine eligibility.
5. Enrolment
Admission is confirmed only after required documents and applicable payment are received.
6. Course Delivery
Courses may be delivered online, offline or hybrid. The Academy may reasonably change schedules, trainers, venues or delivery methods.
7. Fees & Payment
Fees are payable in full unless an approved instalment plan exists. Failure to pay instalments may result in suspension of access.
8. Strict No Refund Policy
All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by applicable law. This includes withdrawal, visa refusal, examination failure, employment changes, illness, relocation or failure to attend.
9. Instalment Default
Students remain responsible for the full course fee. Services may be suspended until outstanding amounts are cleared.
10. Course Transfer
One transfer may be permitted subject to Academy approval and seat availability.
11. Online Learning
Students are responsible for internet access and suitable devices. Missed live classes are not automatically replaced.
12. Student Responsibilities
Students shall behave respectfully, provide accurate information and comply with Academy policies.
13. Intellectual Property
Recording, copying, screenshots, AI transcription, redistribution or resale of Academy materials is strictly prohibited. All educational materials remain the Academy’s intellectual property.
14. Examination Disclaimer
The Academy provides education and guidance only. It does not guarantee examination success, licensing, employment, visa approval, immigration approval or permanent residency.
15. Visa & Recruitment Guidance
The Academy provides guidance only and does not issue visas, guarantee employment or act as a government authority.
16. Suspension
The Academy may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misconduct, piracy or breach of these Terms.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of its services.
18. Privacy
Personal information is handled for educational and administrative purposes in accordance with the Academy’s Privacy Policy.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala shall have jurisdiction.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Purpose
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all online and offline courses, coaching programs, guidance services and related educational services offered by EVA’S Academy for Global Nurses.
2. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to EVA’S Academy for Global Nurses are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except where a refund is required under applicable law.
3. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Given
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, withdrawal, failure to attend classes, examination failure, visa refusal, licensing or registration refusal, employment changes, relocation, personal or medical reasons, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction after attending classes, internet issues on the student’s side, or disciplinary suspension/termination.
4. Instalment Payments
Students approved for instalment payments remain responsible for paying the full agreed course fee. Failure to continue payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are cleared.
5. Course Cancellation by Student
If a student cancels enrolment before or after classes begin, amounts already paid will not be refunded. Any unpaid balance under an agreed instalment plan may still remain payable according to the enrolment agreement.
6. Cancellation by the Academy
If the Academy permanently cancels a course before it commences and is unable to offer a suitable alternative, the Academy may, at its sole discretion, provide an alternative batch, course credit, or a refund where appropriate and required by law.
7. Course Transfers
One transfer to another eligible batch or course may be permitted, subject to Academy approval, seat availability and any applicable fee difference. Transfers to another person are not permitted.
8. Chargebacks
Students agree not to initiate unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks. The Academy reserves the right to suspend services and recover losses arising from improper chargebacks.
